Lulu’s Rose is a pretty bright pink with cooler undertones. This colour is suitable for lip liners, full blush lips and a great colour for creative dual-toned ombre lips. Lulu’s Rose may be used as a with many other colours to add pink tones to some of the lip colour pigments.
Designed specifically for permanent lip treatments, this ink colour may be used with a complimentary tone to create a soft shaded two-tone ombre lip effects by adding diluted. Suitable for both machine and manual application methods.
TIP: Dilute the pigment with dispersion (between 50% to 300% as required) to soften for natural looking shaded effects.
